INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
- Please double-check the address you provide during shipment. We will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to the customer's incorrect address.

Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control, but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand that you would love to receive your S&L goodies right away. We kindly ask that we all patient and understanding during this very testing time.
DISPATCH
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email "Your Order Has Shipped!" with the tracking code of your package.
Our Standard Worldwide shipping usually takes 15-25 business days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Do not be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once, we don't like to keep our customers waiting so we send each item as soon as it is ready.
If you have not received your order after 60 days of purchase S&L will proceed on a full refund.
TRACKING CODES
You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking code once your order has shipped. A tracking link will automatically be emailed to the email used to purchase. Your tracking number will automatically update when your parcel arrives at the destination country. Please allow up to 7 working days for the tracking numbers to be updated.

CUSTOM FEES
We do not take responsibility for any import fees such as VAT, fees must be paid by yourself. If you are not sure that your order is applicable for import fees, please check your local government's website and note that orders will be dispatched from United States, Japan, China or Hong Kong depending on stock availability at our global warehouses.
Strangers & Lovers works with production and shipping partners all over the world to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although most of our customers will get their orders by the day listed above, actual time frames may vary from region to region. We try our best to make sure you get trending cool outfits at an affordable price straight to your door.
Even if your order has not arrived by the listed date, it is probably still on its way (and worth the wait)
** Please note that the international shipping costs that S&L provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Greece. It is the customers' responsibility to inquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Greece as this fee is in no way covered by Strangers & Lovers. LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, STRANGERS&LOVERS is not liable for lost or stolen items once the courier confirms delivery. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly to resolve the issue or file a claim. Refunds and replacements are not available for delivered packages.
RETURN TO SENDER
If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, we will try to contact you as soon as we receive it to arrange a re-delivery. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for a "return to sender" parcel. Any re-delivery fees of parcels need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
